It was during 1995 that I first discovered yoga, when I was pregnant with my son. And then two years later the original 'magic monkey' was born in the form of my daughter. As my children grew so did my passion for yoga, which led me to complete the nationally accredited Diploma in Health (Yoga) at Nature Care College, Sydney.

Through firstly wanting to share my love of yoga with my own two children and realising teaching children was far different from teaching adults, I also completed specialist children's yoga teacher training in 2003 with Mini Yogis® and The Radiant Child Yoga Program Level 1 and 2.

I also have been very fortunate to travel to India and there had the wonderful opportunity to study in the country where yoga originated.

Today I feel privileged to combine all of my passions and am dedicated to sharing yoga with our greatest blessings, children.
